Backed by a proven track record of success, BPK Technologies has over 140+ customers across the world. We use Agile methodology to run all our projects from sales, marketing, HR, development, and deployment. BPK Tech is in search of a Sales Development Representative with experience in IT solutions.

What is expected of you:

· Understand BPK’s custom and product solutions to identify appropriate buyers

within the target market

· Develop new business via LinkedIn, Social Media Channels, Telephone, Email,

attending webinars and attending virtual or in-person events

· Follow up on assigned leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects

· Learn to handle objections and convert no-to-yes by understanding prospect’s

thought process and pain points

· Be OK with a lot of rejections – learn to move on fast and sell to others

· Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects pain points to determine how

BPK’s custom and white label cloud solution will speak to those needs

· Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and

conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the

sales funnel

· Work with the Sales Lead to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently

meet quarterly revenue goals

· Manage data for new and prospective clients within CRM, ensuring all

communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached.

· Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards

Required experience and knowledge

· Ability to learn and adapt to customer demands is crucial

· Ability to handle objections

· Willing to put in time to hustle and chase with hunter mentality

· Super organized to ensure the follow-ups are done regularly and aggressively

· 0-3 years telemarketing and/or inside sales experience.

· Be coachable and super self-motivated

· Build a personal rapport with prospects to easily convert

· Impress prospects with communication skills so they feel we understood their

pain point

Technical Experience

· Good experience using MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS

PowerPoint)

· Ability to learn new technologies so you can sell better
