At Set 2 Close, we don't just optimize Revenue Operations, we are building a model for a better world. Our recent certification as a B Corporation is not just a badge, it is a legal and philosophical commitment to a singular truth: profitability and purpose must go hand-in-hand.
As the founder, I believe the traditional shareholder-first model is incomplete. When a group of people creates wealth, that prosperity should be shared in a more benevolent and impactful fashion. Our move to become a B Corp legally embeds our commitment to our entire ecosystem, prioritizing stakeholders over mere shareholders.
Based on the B Impact assessment, Set2Close earned an overall score of 120.0. The median score for ordinary businesses that complete the assessment is currently 50.9.
Our philosophy is rooted in a fundamental challenge to corporate law's status quo. Many years ago, I read about the landmark 1919 case between Henry Ford and the Dodge Brothers.
Ford wanted to share a significant portion of the Ford Motor Company's profits with his employees, arguing for the betterment of society. The court, however, ruled against him, asserting that the primary purpose of a corporation is the profit of the stockholders. While that ruling shaped a century of business, we believe the B Corp model is the necessary legal evolution.
It protects our mission, allowing us to:
Empower Our People
Fair pay and a supportive environment where every team member can thrive.
Strengthen Communities
Creating meaningful opportunities that uplift the people around us.
Put Wellness First
A workplace where mental, physical, and financial well-being comes before everything else.
To solidify this belief, we are building unprecedented programs that reflect genuine shared ownership:
“Building a better business isn’t about sacrificing profit for purpose. It’s about proving that when you serve people, profit follows.”
— Jordon Rowse, CEO, Set2Close
This movement to stakeholder capitalism is driven by our four non-negotiable values at Set 2 Close:
Joining the B Corp movement affirms that building a better world is the best business strategy. We look forward to continuing this journey of using business as a force for good.

Book a Strategic Growth ReviewSet2Close meets verified standards of social impact, environmental responsibility, transparency, and governance. Certification shows that we operate as a purpose driven business where profit and positive impact work together.
We selected the B Corp model because it aligns with our values, especially our commitment to employees, community well-being, and responsible growth. It also provides a legal structure that supports stakeholder capitalism and long-term sustainability over short-term shareholder gains.
Employees benefit from shared ownership programs, well-being initiatives, and a people-first mission that values financial, mental, physical, and social well-being. Our ESOP program deepens long-term shared prosperity.
Stakeholder capitalism means that decisions consider the well-being of employees, customers, partners, the community, and the environment. It is the foundation of our mission to build a company that leaves the world better than we found it.
A traditional corporation prioritizes shareholder profit. A Certified B Corporation legally commits to balancing profit with purpose, social impact, and measurable community outcomes. B Corps measure success across multiple impact areas, not only financial returns.
We use RevOps as a framework to help clients grow responsibly while improving revenue efficiency. As a B Corp, we focus on practices that create sustainable long-term value, not short-term extraction.
The Employee Share Ownership Program turns employees into partners who share in the company’s success. This approach increases transparency, team empowerment, and long-term commitment.
